Our staff are all in good standing with the Ontario College of Teachers and all hold their full teaching registration, along with their Bachelor of Elementary Education Degrees. As well as being specialists in ECE (Early Childhood Education), other areas of specializations include RAD Ballet, Piano Training, and Performance Experience including Dance, Music, Theatre and Olympic Elite Athletes.
There are 6 languages spoken by our LITTLE FEET LITTLE FACES staff, English, French, Hebrew, Mandarin, Slovak and Japanese. All of our staff have a passion for the arts and amazing abilities in the various areas of the arts; they also have their Senior First Aid, CPR, Resuscitation and are experienced in Epi Pen training. In addition as per Ontario government stipulations all staff has undergone a Police Reference Check with the Toronto Police Services.

Little Feet Little Faces Staff
Little Feet Little Faces is growing! Our enrolments are expanding along with our staff. At Little Feet Little Faces we believe that your child deserves the highest quality of care and education. This is why we employ OCT teachers that are highly educated and passionate about your child's learning and well being. Grade 1 & 2 coming soon!


Ms Lauren is our Assistant Director/ Lead Teacher and holds her Bachelor of Education - Honours (Early Childhood, Primary and Junior Education). She was the Director of a community based Kindergarten in Australia for 2 years prior to coming to Canada and has been involved in creating and implementing educational programs for children with additional needs and behavioural disorders. Ms Lauren was also an elite gymnast for 14 years and represented her country, an accomplished trampolinist, tumbler, acrobat and diver, a certified Level 1 Gymnastics Coach and has trained with Cirque Du Soleil. Ms Lauren has also trained in the areas of Ballet, Hip Hop, Tribal and Jazz. Ms Lauren is also fluent in Japanese.


Ms Aneika is our Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) and obtained her ECE through George Brown College. She danced throughout her childhood as well as trained in gymnastics and acrobatics. She continues her dance training in the areas of Ballet, Jazz, Modern and Hip Hop at City Dance Corps. Ms Aneika has been teaching for 2 years in a variety of Early Childhood Settings and has brought with her a wealth of experience and a caring attitude of patience and nurture.


Ms Vanessa is one of our teachers who has a Bachelor of Education (Primary / Junior) and a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Dance) from York University. She has had over 20 years dance experience training with some of North America’s top professionals (Maxine Heppner, Keiko Kitano, Meagan O’Shea, Dave Wilson’s Parahumans Dance Theatre, IDAC and A-XIS Dance. She has trained in modern, soul, ballet, jazz, tap, hip hop, break dancing and house dancing. Ms Vanessa has also trained in Europe and performed in Ireland for Janis Claxton’s Sweet Love. Ms Vanessa has taught as a professional teacher and danced in British Columbia, Hawaii and the Philippines.


Ms Catlin is one of our dance teachers. She has a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Theatre Performance – Dance) and has her RAD. She has taught ballet, jazz, tap and contemporary to a variety of levels and has choreographed multiple performances. She is in her 19th year of ballet study, Royal Academy of Dance Advanced 2 (Distinction) and also 6 years of studying the Cecchetti syllabus. She has been studying modern dance for 8 years, primarily in Graham technique. She has trained in jazz for 14 years and completed A.D.A.P.T examinations. Ms Catlin has had 5 years of Advanced Level Training in Tap and is in her 8th year of choreographic study.


Ms Jordana is also one of our support staff. She has her Bachelor Degree in English Literature, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Journalism and a Graduate degree in Elementary Education. She has taken multiple dance classes, including Jazz and Hip Hop, learned how to play the flute and piano, performed in theatre groups and studied the fine arts.


Ms Alicia is one of our support staff and has her Bachelor of Sociology and a Bachelor of Education (Primary / Junior). She has a strong love for music and comes from a musical family that excels in singing, piano and other instruments. She also has a grade 8 Royal Conservatory Honours in voice. Ms Alicia has also trained in dance in ballet, jazz and hip hop.
In addition to our Bachelor qualified teaching staff, our specialised staff are:


Ms Lauren J (Piano) has studied at The Royal conservatory of Music - Grade 9 Piano First Class honours and Grade 4 Counterpoint. She graduated from the Harris Institute for the Arts with a Production and Engineering Program Certificate. She is a performing Pianist from 1996 to present and is a soloist, accompanist and performs in bands. She has been teaching piano from 1997 till present. Ms Lauren J attended the Etobicoke School of the Arts 1995-1997 as a Flute and Piano major.
She is a Fitness Instructor 2008 – to present with Goodlife Fitness as a Les Mills Instructor teaching dance and yoga pilates fitness classes.


Ms Tamar (Dance / Yoga)is a fitness and nutrition specialist and has her BASc degree in Nutrition and Food from Ryerson University and is a certified Fitness Instructor Specialist (CANFIT). Ms Tamar has a childhood background in dancing and performing and is now exploring her passion for dance and fitness through teaching children. Her experience includes: personal training, group training, group fitness, yoga, Pilates, dance, body-building, nutrition consulting, and instructing cooking lessons.
